Important Amendment to be Voted on at January Meeting
Here is the amendment we will be voting on at the January meeting.

| CHANGE ARTICLE IX, Section 5, Subsection A, which reads:

Twenty members, which number must include at least two elected officers shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the Club’s business. Out-of-town and honorary members shall not be counted in determining the presence of a quorum.

A quorum for the transaction of the Club’s business shall consist of either ten members, or ten percent of the in-town membership of the Club (rounded to the next higher whole number if necessary), whichever is the larger number. This number must include at least two elected officers. Out-of-town and honorary members shall not be counted in determining the presence of a quorum. At the September and October meetings, when the dues renewal process is under way, the number of in-town members as of August 31st of that year shall be the base for figuring ten percent of the membership in determining the presence of a quorum.

Proxies:
No proxy shall be valid in determining the presence of a quorum. Only a written proxy, specifically designating the person giving the proxy, the person to exercise the proxy, and the specific issue(s) on which the proxy is to be exercised, shall be valid in the course of voting on matters of the Club’s business.

Fund Raiser at Chicago’s Pizzeria Uno in Kirkwood MO
Come one come all on January 27th to Chicago’s Pizzeria Uno in Kirkwood MO. The restaurant is located just north of I-44 and Lindbergh in Kirkwood MO. We will earn 20% on any customer who presents our flier for lunch, dinner or even carryout. Please make copies of the fliers and distribute them to all of your friends, families and co-workers.
